Background & Problem Statement
In the Middle East and Asia, small to mid sized enterprises (SMEs) in procurement and sourcing often face fragmented workflows using spreadsheets, emails, and disconnected vendor databases. This creates inefficiencies, delays, and a lack of transparency across sourcing operations.
The challenge: Build an end to end platform to centralize procurement, vendor management, bidding, and RFQ processes while keeping it intuitive for non-technical users.
